Before I get too caught up in my Class of 2017 Senior Season (which is completely sold out! woot!) I need to express my love and thanks to my Class of 2016 Senior Spokesmodels. They are beautiful, sweet, fun, silly, kind, and goofy. They make me feel young and loved. They appreciate their pictures and they appreciate each other. I wish I could just freeze time and not have them grow up quite yet. Girls, thank you for an amazing year. Thank you for being supportive of each other and of me and my business. I love each of you individually and absolutely would not have enjoyed this year nearly as much without you. Don't forget me and don't grow up quite yet!
Cheer {5th Annual Shoot!}
This year marked our 5th annual varsity cheer shoot for Pine Creek High School. Each year we give the girls some creative control (with guidance, of course.) This year we went with a "Spring Shower" theme. The girls all looked so darling in their rain boots and the umbrellas just added to the mood. I loved it and the rain even held off for us... although we were dressed to handle it! ;)
Mallory, the "Nice Cheerleader"
Mallory is incredibly sweet, a little bit quiet, and a lot bit smart. She's know for being the "nice cheerleader" which is such a compliment! (Although I must say, every single cheerleader I have ever photographed has been very, very sweet to me.) I loved taking pictures of her, playing with her doggies, and getting to know her amazingly darling family.

Tarryn
Oh Tarryn. You are the most adorable thing on the planet. I loved spending time with this girl and her mama. She was the absolute perfect way to finish up my senior season. The weather was amazing. The location was off the charts. And her personality was top notch. Plus, who is awesome enough to bring her own BMX bike (because she use to race, of course!)?? Tarryn!! Hair: Sara Munson

Morgan
I have loved watching Morgan grow into the amazing young woman that she is today. I have had the privilege of taking her picture through her cheer team the last few years. She is an amazing gymnast who has been recruited by more than one school for next year. I'm lucky if I can do a somersault! ;) Hair: Ulta

Liz
I absolutely adore Liz and her mom. They're hilarious! (I like funny people.) Liz is a spot girl... and has the legs to show it, not only with how toned they are but also with the scars! Yikes! She also happens to own one of the prettiest prom gowns in existence! I kinda wanted to steal it... but I fought the urge. Somehow I don't think it would have looked quite as fabulous as me. ;) Hair: Sara Munson

Kristi
Kristi is amazingly sweet. She's a strong girl who I feel very, very privileged to know. She's well rounded and has some of the most beautiful eyes I have ever photographed! Hair: Sara Munson

Makaela
Makaela is super cool. She's tall and beautiful. She is social (as evident by her choosing not to cheer this year and instead socialize with friends in the stands) and so very sweet. Thank you, Makaela, for letting me take your senior pictures, which turned out stunning! Hair: Sara Munson

Kendall
Oh Kendall. Where do I even start with this spicy girl. She's confident. She's funny. She's a spaz. She's beautiful. Her shoot was nothing less than a blast. Kendall, THANK YOU for choosing me to be your Senior Photographer! Let's do it again soon!! xoxo Hair: Sara Munson

Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn is quite the accomplished girl. She is a Yoga genius, the varsity cheer captain at her school, AND plays the guitar. Her fashion sense is also not lacking. :) Kaitlyn, thank you so much for letting me be your senior photographer!! Make-up: Sephora
Alli
Oh my goodness! This girl was so darling! She's got this sweet, fun personality while staying down to earth. Plus, she totally rocks the flute... unlike me when I was younger. ;) Hair: Sara Munson

Jess
Jess is awesome. She's fun. She's athletic. She's beautiful. She comes from an amazing family. I absolutely LOVED taking pictures of her. Hair: Sephora

Nick
Nick is a super-jock. He plays basketball and baseball at his high school. I thought Tara and I were going to have to fight a little to get him out of his shell. I was wrong. He was such a trooper from the beginning of the shoot. Plus, towards the end of his session when I asked him "Are you so done with this?" his response was, "Nah. It's not as bad as I thought it was going to be." Haha! I'll take that as a win!
Miss Maren
At Maren's shoot we had awesome weather. The light was beautiful. There was no rain (which was a struggle ALL season!). But the mosquitos.... oh the mosquitos! They were out by the thousands and they thought we were all so tasty! We actually had to leave part of the location to avoid being completely devoured. I may or may not have had to edit out a few bugs.
Jake
Jake was really fun to take pictures of! We had his own location in mind. (LOVE that!) It was a location that I couldn't have gotten my hands on without him which made it even better! He recently completed his training to be a pilot and totally nailed his test! Congratulations, Jake! And thanks for taking us to Peak Aviation! They were MORE than accommodating! (And now my girls think they can fly a plane thanks to our location hunting pre-shoot!)
Miss Amanda
This girl was a trooper! We were suppose to have manageable weather... I mean, not stellar, but not raining on us. That worked for about the first 2/3 of the shoot.... then...? Well, then is POURED on us. We got all of her outfits in and even headed over to a soccer field for some soccer pictures. Overall it was a complete success! I love it when clients just go with it! I love it even more when the weather cooperates with us, though! ;)
